Warranty Terms and Conditions

At Northenest, we take pride in providing flooring solutions that combine exceptional craftsmanship,
superior materials, and enduring style. Every product is developed and manufactured to meet the highest industry
standards and is backed by a comprehensive warranty program designed to give you confidence and peace of mind.

This document outlines the terms and conditions governing warranty coverage for Northenest flooring products sold
and installed within Canada.

General Warranty Statement

Northenest warrants that its products are free from manufacturing defects in material and workmanship for the
applicable warranty period, provided that the products are properly installed, maintained, and used under normal
residential or commercial conditions.

This warranty is extended exclusively to the original purchaser and is
non-transferable. Proof of purchase, including the original sales receipt, must be provided when
making a warranty claim.

The warranty becomes effective on the date of purchase and remains valid only when all installation and maintenance
instructions provided by Northenest and/or the product manufacturer are strictly followed.

Warranty periods are determined by product type and collection. Please refer to your product packaging or
documentation for the precise duration and conditions applicable to your purchase.

Installation Warranty

When your flooring is installed by a Northenest-certified installer, the installation workmanship is covered by a
1-Year Limited Installation Warranty.

To qualify, installation must be completed according to all manufacturer and Northenest installation guidelines,
including proper acclimation, subfloor preparation, and environmental conditions.

Exclusions and Limitations

Northenest is not responsible for consequential or incidental damages, including loss of time, inconvenience, loss
of use, or costs related to removal or reinstallation.

Warranty Claim Procedure

If approved, Northenest may, at its discretion:

Replacement materials will be of equal or similar value and style; exact matches cannot be guaranteed.

Legal Rights and Governing Law

This warranty provides specific legal rights, and additional rights may vary by province or territory within Canada.
This warranty is governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein.
Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Ontario, Canada.

Disclaimer of Other Warranties

Except as expressly stated herein, all other warranties—express or implied—are disclaimed to the fullest extent
permitted by Canadian law. Northenest reserves the right to modify or update these terms at any time without notice.
